Police officer takes on heavy snow to rescue dog lost in snowstorm

It’s constantly inspiring to see individuals go above and beyond to help a family pet in need. That held true just recently, after one officer took on a heavy snowstorm to rescue a distressed canine.

According to a Facebook article from the Ogden Authorities Division, in Utah, Animal Service Policeman A. Dickman received a call about a pet that “sounded as though it was in distress.”

The dog had actually apparently obtained loosened and also flee from residence, and was now stranded outside throughout heavy snowfall.

But ASO Dickman went the extra mile to bring the dog to security. According to the division, she treked the Bonneville Shortline Route through the hefty snow, and was thankfully able to discover the pet dog.
